I woke up at 4am this fine Sunday morning and my brain was going full blast. My life is a mess and I put me there. I'm still dealing with this sudden fixed income thing. Never had to budget before and go a whole month on just one check! Before we had a check every Friday so if you screwed up you knew relief would be there soon! I decided I must really go to an envelope system and put the money after all the bills are paid into 4 different envelopes so I have something each week and not flat broke by the 15th each month! Now my problem is I lose things so easily! My memory is right up there with advanced Alzheimer's! The busier I get the worse it gets so I try to keep my schedule fairly calm. Now my first thought this morning was the Lords house, is a house of order and my house is far from it! I really need to get my home and life organized. I've been looking around and we simply have to much stuff. So I guess this week I'll have everyone cleaning out and gleaning more stuff to get rid of. I need a daily schedule to keep me on track too! While I was at Girl's camp this year they did a thing called PJ's: Prayer, Journal and Scriptures. We had to ask every girl if they had done their PJ's every day. So I need to make sure I do my PJ's each day too! I need to find a place for everything and then make sure it stays in it's place. I need to plan out the outside chores better so it will all fall into place. A little each day will hopefully keep the place running! I get confused easily and distracted even faster! So today after church I will try to work up a daily chore chart for each of us and present it at family council meeting tonight. Maybe the kids can keep Mom on track! It's so easy to get caught up in the day to day stuff and forget that you are a daughter of God and you need to remember Him in all things. I better get going here as I have Leadership meeting at Church an hour before regular schedule starts.
Hope you each have a blessed day and are better organized than I am!
