Shimmer paint adds a sparkly, vibrant dimension of pigmented ink to your craft project. Here is super simple, money-saving shimmer paint recipe for your rubber stamping crafts.
1/4 tsp. of mica powder
1/4 tsp of glycerin
1-2 drops of water
Blend together in small container (film canister works great) & paint.
Apply with a dauber over cardstock – allow to dry, stamp normally. Or apply it Over a stamped image. You can also make your own Shimmer Spray as well.
