However, while I'm working my desk job, I have a tendency to say to myself, I just need 10 more minutes.. and 2 hours later, I'm still sitting in one spot, legs cramped, back and neck throbbing, knowing that I needed to make time for my workout but too busy trying to get a string of code to work properly, or editing a new article or video.

Normally I spend about four hours in the morning adding new articles and responding to forums and posts. I figure if I can ride while I work, I'll be ahead of the
This morning alone, In just an hours time I've already biked 16 miles and burned well over 400 calories. I'll hit 1,000 calories burned and all before lunch, just by moving a little bit while I work. The bike is 100% silent. If this was in a cubicle at work, NO ONE would hear it.
Best part- I no longer feel guilty when my computer work runs a bit longer in the mornings than I anticipated.
