      IF USING A SAUTE PAN OR GRIDDLE (PREFERABLY CAST IRON): Heat a drizzle of oil in the pan or griddle over high heat until the oil begins to shimmer. Cook the burgers until golden brown and slightly charred on the first side, about 3 minutes for beef, then flip and finish the other side.


      Alternatively you could create a grill using a dollar store lasagna pan, a cooking rack and some charcoal.

      I don't use any oil in pan,just sprinkle with salt, works great and more flavor
