This recipe is so easy and the secret ingredient isn't sriracha sauce, it's actually Sriracha Vodka! You can get "taster" bottles at any liquor store for $1 and you'll only need one for this recipe.
2 Large ripe avocados (or 4 small)
1/2 medium sized red onion, finely diced
1 large tomato seeded and diced
1 clove minced garlic
Juice of 1 lime
1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
2-3 tablespoons UV Sriracha vodka
salt and pepper to taste
In a medium bowl, mash avocados
Squeeze the lime juice over the top and then gently fold it in again. Season with salt and pepper.
If your guacamole is going to be refrigerated overnight, you can place 1 avocado pit in the dip (until serving time) this will keep your guacamole from discoloring.
