      can we put anything in the tuna? Mayo has a lot of fat and calories, but tuna is just gross without something to add moisture and flavor. Any suggestions?

      I did this diet many years ago with my sister. It did work, but it took 20 years before I said, "Hmmm, maybe I could try it again"

      Please check your facts about decaffeinated coffee. It is still good for you and has basically the same health benefits.

      The foods look very healthy and calories reasonable. Still, I can't imagine losing 10 lbs in 72 hrs on this plan. I have lost 60 lbs in 14 months on a 1200 cal per day diet supplemented with cardio exercise.

      It says you can substitute cheddar cheese for cottage cheese so I'm just gonna reverse it and substitute the cottage cheese for cheddar cheese

      I like to either use mustard or salsa or OPA Greek Yogurt Salad Dressing (it's really low cal). But I do not know if it'll throw this diet off if you use any of these.

      Ginger tea, lemon tea, any HERBAL tea will not have caffeine, because technically they are not tea, they are herbal infusions
