Yeah same question. Who's making this stuff? Is this an ethnic food?

I think its mis-categorized. I do not see how this is a pre-mix to save for later. This is just a regular old bread recipe as far as I can tell.

FYI - I googled it, and found it is a New England bakery opened in the 1920's

Anadama bread is a traditional New England bread, as are many of the recipes on the site (since our family originated in New England).

The (2,500+) Mix recipes provided on the site are divided into dry & wet ingredients. They're intended to be mixed ahead of time in vacuum seal bags, ziploc bags or other air-tight containers. The directions for "finishing" the recipe, including additional wet ingredients are then attached to the container of "Mix".

Many families find that having homemade mixes in their pantry saves them time and money. Indeed, it's how I paid off ALL of our debts and became 100% debt-free by the time I was 32.

Thanks for visiting our family's website.
