- 1 tbs canola oil
- 1.5 lbs flank steak, very thinly sliced against the grain
- 4 cups beef broth
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup water
- 4 packets of ramen noodles (discard spice packet)
- 2 tbs soy sauce
- mung bean sprouts
- chopped basil
Heat oil in a large pot over high heat. Add beef and cook until just browned, stirring often. About 3 minutes. Transfer to plate using tongs, preserving juices in the pot.
Add bok choy to pot and cook till wilted, stirring often. Add broths and water. Stir and cover,
Reduce heat to simmer, add ramen and soy sauce. Simmer until noodles become soft.
Re-add beef. Cook until hot.
Serve with chopped basil, bean sprouts and sriracha.
