  1. another version of this cake is to place one dry cake mix in a large ziploc bag. add a box of angel food cake mix to it. mix it up.

when ready for a personal size cake, use 3 Tbsp mix with 2 Tbsp water. Heat on high in microwave for 1 minute. Put icing, glaze, or whipped topping on top and enjoy!

  3. this is one of my favorite recipes. i bought inexpensive containers & when cake mixes are on sale for bogo i stock up. love strawberry, orange & pineapple & have also red velvet & spice & german chocolate.

i just put the regular cake mix & the angel food cake mix in the container & cover & shake well & follow above directions. i sometimes add a few drops of orange or pineapple or lemon extract also to make more intense flavor & mint in a regular chocolate cake mix is awesome & my grand-daughters favorite. they store well & keep a long time unless i have company.

i let everyone pick their own flavor!

I have a recipe for a cake in a mug from scratch. If you look on a search engine or two, I’m sure you can find some. I prefer making my food from scratch because it’s healthier.
