      Making these today. Instead of using sticks, I'm making mini corn dogs. Love them with a little good mustard!

      Checked another website and the oil temperature range was from 375-385°F. I'm going to shoot for 380°F.

      Just be careful what kind of oil you use, different oils have different flash points and higher temps can cause a fire.
