      great idea, if you don't have powdered milk, non-dairy creamer will work in a pinch. i think i will cook up a nice chicken dinner for sunday. now i won't have to worry about the rest of the week.

      i am new at this suite but i am really having fun with this. i can make the seasoning my self and the sauces so much cheaper and better for you if you don't like a lot of salt in the food now days. lot of the stuff i have already just have to mix and i am ready

      Never heard of instant flour, would regular flour work?

      I might be old school and this is probably a dumb question but here goes. Wouldn't adding liquid to hot melted butter be like adding liquid to hot grease, a painful and potentially dangerous fire starting hazard? Wouldn't it be better to add the powder mix to the melted butter, stir to mix well and then add the cold water?
