Mid East Spice Mix

1/2 Oz Cumin seeds
1/2 Oz Fennel seeds
1/2 Oz Mustard seeds
1/2 Oz Raw sesame seeds
1/2 Oz Fenugreek seeds

Combine all ingredients and seal in ziploc or vacuum seal bag (or jar).
