This recipe was adapted from one of my grandma's recipes, she never really liked the idea of wasting anything. Crunchy, chewy, buttery, salty, sweet... they really satisfy whatever your tastebuds are craving!
Perfect for slightly stale chips! If your chips are very stale, you can crisp them in the oven on a cookie sheet for 3-5 minutes before adding
1 cup white sugar
1 1/2 cups crushed potato chips
2/3 cup chopped pecans
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
Measure each item into layers if giving as a jar gift, cone gift, etc, or measure into a large ziploc bag or vacuum seal bag & seal.
(Recipe fits in a 1 Quart Jar)
