For those suffering with Psoriasis I would try switching to a whole30 diet for 45 days to see if your skin clears up on its own. Psoriasis occurs when there is an overload of toxins in the body. For example, babies who have been recently vaccinated can have metal build up in their tiny systems, and create issues.

Those with Amalgam fillings in their teeth, etc. Think back to when the Psoriasis erupted, what was going on in your life, what were you consuming. There are a number of people who have cured their own skin conditions and thyroid issues by eating clean and flushing out the excess hormones that we consume daily (without knowing it!)

Food coloring is good indefinitely and does not have an expiration date. Food coloring tends to hold on to its strength in color as well.

Oh My, that sounds divine! I think I’ll use the homemade cake mix from the site here though, we generally don’t purchase cake mix boxes any longer due to the weird ingredients in them.

These are incredibly amazing, very simple to make.

1 package of seasoning mix (as posted in thread above)
    3 tablespoons lime juice
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon Ground
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
1 small green bell pepper, cut into thin strips

Mix juice, oil, salt and all of the Spices in small bowl. Place chicken in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add marinade; turn to coat well.

Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Grill or pan fry

Thank you. I plan on taking a mason jar with me when I look for a blender. Think about buying new, that way if I burn it up, I have a manufacturers warranty.

To keep from burning them up use the Pulse option and give it frequent breaks. Also, be sure you don’t use really hot liquids in cheaper jars because some people have said the jars have shattered. I’ve done this method for years and years, making super laundry sauce, etc and never had an issue, but I use Ball Canning Jars.

For people who are not allergic to tea tree oil, here is a good option 🙂

thanks but, that pretty well defeats the purpose of making your own. besides, the ingredients in those are 1% Australian Tea Tree Oil and 1% Eucalyptus Oil. so you could make your own really easily with that.

For the favors you could make sugar cookies in the shape of starfish, mermaids, seahorses, etc and use light blue or teal frosting. Or you could do a basket of “Dancing shoes” – Flip flops in various sizes placed in a basket. The flip flops are $1 a pair at the dollar store.

It really depends on which state you live in, Maine for example has a large number of doctors that has already switched to this and I’m with you on this one, I am also seeking out a doctor in our State that is reliable that is on a cash only basis.

Although it is my personal belief that unless you have a major accident or catastrophe, dr’s are pretty much useless anyway. We go for a diagnosis and then home to treat and it has nothing to do with lack of insurance, it’s due to lack of lots of other things, lol. (like..

confidence in the medical establishment, lack of desire to pick up whatever disease is circulating around the hospital, among other things)

in reply to: Taco Pie #451693

Here’s the one that was on the Budget101 fb page:

    2 crescent roll tubes
1 LB ground beef (or ground turkey)
    1 packet of taco seasoning
1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
    Shredded lettuce
1 or 2 diced tomatoes depending on size
1/2 small can Olives (sliced) (Avocado, Sour cream etc)

    1. Separate the crescent pastry and lay out in a circle, pointed ends out on a foil lined pizza pan, sprayed very lightly with cooking spray. Use some of the leftover crescent rolls to to make the center a bit thicker as this will hold the meat.

Brown meat in a frying pan until no longer pink. Drain fat and add taco seasoning as directed on package, reducing the water to a scant 1/3 cup from the 1/2 cup called for. Drain excess liquid from meat.

Sprinkle meat mixture in a circle inside the crescent rolls, then sprinkle 1 cup of the cheese over the meat. Pull crescent roll points over meat and cheese and tuck in.

Bake at 350 degrees until pastry is golden brown (30 min).

    4. Add remaining 1/2 cup of cheese, chopped lettuce, tomato, black olives, and jalapenos (if using), into the middle of the ring, then add a few dollops of sour cream if desired, before serving.

i followed the instructions instructions, to the letter, doubling the recipe to make a gallon.

sorry, the cook method of this recipe cannot be doubled, you definitely don’t have nearly enough water and i doubt that it will dissolve now in your machine.
