This is the recipe I use for this sauce:
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
3 tbsp. stone ground mustard
3 tbsp. granulated sugar
Mix all ingredients together until combined. Store any unused sauce in refrigerator for up to six weeks in an airtight container.
Excellent recipe and my family loves this version by far better than the standard version without the green chili verde. This is a much richer dish and the cream cheese actually reduced the amount of shredded cheese I used. Yummy!
