I have really bad motion sickness, especially on planes. A friend of mine, who is a nurse, told me to put an ice pack on the back of my neck and one on the front side of my neck (the part where you take your pulse). I thought it sounded kind of strange, but it really works!

And when I say that I have really bad motion sickness, it is an understatement. It is quite severe! My friend’s tip saved my last vacation!

When my kids were little and would vomit I had a hard time cleaning it up because the smell would also make me vomit. So, a friend told me to put a couple of drops of peppermint extract on a mask or handkerchief an put around my face covering my nose and mouth. It works like a charm!

You don’t smell anything but the lovely calming peppermint. My daughter is studying to be a doctor and they do this when working with cadavers (without this the smell is unbearable!).

    1. I saw a post for the Laundry Sauce on pintrest.
    2. The MYO recipes.
    3.

    Groceries and pool chemicals.
    4. Easy and economical ways to improve my household budget.
    5. myo liquid hand soap that you don’t have to shake up before you use it and a myo bath bar soap (we really go through a lot).

bonus: i would like to see more blenders, coffee makers, mason jars (because i have to give away so much laundry sauce), gas cards, staples gift cards (for school supplies, since it’s almost that time again).

We just make up a fruit smoothie any way you want. Then pour it evenly into an ice cube tray. Put it in the freezer and after about 15 minutes take it out and put a toothpick in the center of each cube (to use as the stick).

Put it back in the freezer and wait another couple of hours and you’ll have popsicle bites. Just right for a mini cool down.

Glad I finally found this post. I was wondering the same thing. I posted numerous times trying to get it to work. I didn’t think about the site moderating the posts.

Now I’m sorry I posted so many times. Sorry for that. It won’t happen again.

    Thanks for the help!
