More so around the holidays, but they ask me to bring my Fruit Ambrosia Salad.

1 15 oz can fruit cocktail
1 11 oz can mandarin oranges
2 small boxes instant vanilla pudding
    1 cup shredded coconut
    1 cup flavored mini marshmallows
    1 cup sour cream
    1 cup cool whip

Separate the juice from the fruit in the can. Mix the fruit juices with the vanilla pudding until well blended. Stir in the fruit, then the coconut and marshmallows.

Fold in the sour cream and cool whip. Refrigerate overnight.

I love this recipe! The only thing my family does different is using chocolate chips. They tend to be easier for my son to help make his own.

Thank you so much for sharing! I think my family would really enjoy this. Also, that means more of our money could go towards the park 🙂

Not sure how old your kids are, but a nature seek & find is one great family activity. You can find list examples by doing a google or pinterest search. As for campfire recipes, roasting hot dogs is always a classic.

You can even bump it up by rolling them in crescent dough first.
