    I use the same ingredients but I use them a little differently. I wet my toothbrush, dip it in baking soda and then drizzle the peroxide over the top of it to saturate it, then brush my teeth. It works amazingly well!

    These are great when you’re pregnant or if you have teens that love pickles. Personally, I like them right after a great workout because they instant stop leg cramps.

    Ingredients:
    7 large pickles
    1/4 cup of pickling juice (from pickle jar)
    1/4 water

    put the pickles in the blender and puree them. Strain them to get as much juice out as you can. Then add the pickle juice straight from the jar and water.

    Mix together and pour into molds.

    Freeze overnight.

    Last year we switched to vegan I found this recipe for Vegan Black Bean Fudge pops. You can’t taste the black beans at all!

    1 1/2 cups cooked black beans or 1 can (15 ounces), rinsed and drained
    1 can (14 ounces) light coconut milk
    1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
    3 tablespoons agave nectar
    2 teaspoons vanilla extract

    Combine everything in a blender or food processor and puree them all until it’s very smooth. Then pour into popsicle molds or dixie cups and insert sticks.
    Remember to leave a little space for these, they expand quite a bit when they freeze.

    It makes 6 Big Pops.
