UPDATE: I grew dirt. Not a single spud was found. What did I do wrong?June 8, 2014 at 3:31 pm in reply to: What top 5 things are a *Must Have* in your pantry? #453913
garlic powder, honey, oatmeal, vegetable oil, sea salt and black peppercorns
That’s awesome. Glad your neighbor was there. You saved money and helped our your neighbor at the same time.
Enjoy your pantry.
Um, I received an email about this thread but it didn’t really explain why? Kinda confused. I never get email notifications so I was just wondering what is up.
Please message me letting me know what it was about. Thanks!!
When we make veggie fried rice, I always make extra so we can have a nice filling for our breakfast burritos. Just add scrambled egg and some cheese and it is perfect!
First, I plan on purchasing my “Goal” outfit. I will take a pic of it and keep it on my phone. Second, I will walk around my office building on each lunch break (.80 miles). Last, I will go to the cardio/exercise room at my apartment complex 3x a week. For a bonus, my job offers free Zumba classes. I will try to go to a class at least once a month, to change things up a bit. Also, my hubby is planning on purchases bikes for all the kids so we can go on family bike rides. I am so excited!! Svelte me, here I come!
I wish I knew about this recipe when I lived up north. That sounds awesome.
I believe they want to keep kids sick, lazy and fat so Big Pharma can keep their hands in our pockets and what better way to do so than to go after children? They have taken PE away from schools, thus causing a rise in childhood obesity. Now, they are forcing school lunches on kids and have you seen some pics of school lunches lately?!
You cannot even figure out what it is! Sadly, my kids are the ones who are on the free lunch program and thus, they do eat this stuff however we try to be as careful as possible at home with what they eat.
Bring on the coffee samples!!!!!
Mexican lasagna!!! My kids rave about it and there are never any leftovers. it is SOOO simple to make.
meat (your choice and cooked thoroughly)
Mix the meat and the cream cheese together. In a round cake pan (I used 2) layer the tortilla, the meat mixture and the shredded cheese. Continue until to the top.
It will be rounded slightly. Top with a tortilla and cover with shredded cheese. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
Sour cream and salsa are served on the side. You can also add the salsa to the meat mixture and build as directed.
Thanks everyone. You are all the best.
The surgery went well. The kids know my tummy is sore and it doesn’t help that i have a medicine ball/bubble hanging out of my stomach pumping pain killers directly into me. Fun times.
I get to pull that out myself tomorrow night. Gross. My mom came up and watched the children.
She did great until the boys got home and everything became seriously chaotic. Then, the teenager returned from school and she was a great help. If I didn’t mention it before, my surgery was a hysterectomy.
Not the greatest of surgeries but hopefully I should be feeling better soon. Just in time for the holidays, at least. Tristan, the middle son, has been the best help of the three boys. He comes over and asks if I need anything and rubs my back.
He brings me the cat to snuggle with. She usually lets me pet her for a bit and then goes about her business. Since she cannot sleep on my stomach, she doesn’t want to stick around.
Everyone is trying to be helpful with me and my pastor has been in contact with us offering the same support. With any luck, I should be able to attend church on Sunday and can slowly get back to normal.
I know witch hazel is all natural and works great on most skin types. I don’t see why it would be a problem.
My 20 month old loves our lentil soup/stew that we make. The tomatoes or tomato sauce is what brings it all together, I think. We load in a bunch of fresh veggies and toss in some seasonings (whatever we have on hand) and voila! we have a yummy meal that even the toddler enjoys.
Link is no good. 🙁
