Omega 3 oils, such as fish oil and flaxseed oil may help, as well as some coconut oil.
Thanks for the information on saving seeds and potato eyes!
Welcome to the site, Dena! This is a great one that you happened upon.
Just ordered this for my son. Thanks!

Yes, you can do that at a bank too but as always I always suggest credit unions because they are not for profit. Any money a credit union makes goes back to it’s members. 🙂
you are so right! i did not even think about it that way. it is giving back to “others” instead of some big corporation.
That’s great to news!
Welcome to the group, shoestring! I have four boys, but only 1 teenager. I don’t know how you do that but my time is coming soon 😉
Thanks for the recipe. It looks great. Sounds like one my son would like to try cooking.
Sounds so simple, yet effective I suppose. Thanks McDowdy! I am going to look online for my local flyers.
I think I will start keeping receipts so and placing the prices in my “book”. Then, I would have a running start on a price book.
Thanks for the suggestions. I guess I was trying to take “shortcuts” instead of doing a price book 🙁
Sometimes, there are no shortcuts to success.
My sister suffered from sleep apnea so badly that she needed the machine to help her breathe. When she lost over 100 lbs, then she no longer had it.

I just got my tax return back and we paid off two cc’s! Not too much more to go (thank goodness). We will have everything paid by the start of 2010 (except the mortgage) and I keep telling myself that it isn’t that much longer.
I am looking forward to when I get a tax return back that we can just put on the mortgage. We just remortgaged to a 20 year and are hoping to pay that off within 10 years or less.
Sounds like a great plan!
I never thought about using sweet potatoes. The boys will love both!
Thanks Mos. Someone was just asking me for a different recipe with rice.
