I want to say “Thank You” my teeth actually feel clean!
I cook at home in lieu of eating out.
I actually write and use a grocery list.
I will drink my apple cider vinegar w/honey 2x a day.
I will rebuild my strength by walking more, goal is 12,000 steps a day.
I will resume working out 3x a week, 30m+ each session.
I budget like a mad women. I only shop once a week for necessary items. I take my own lunch and I cook at home.
