2 cups sugar
3 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
2 cups grated zucchini
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
3 eggs
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup oil
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup raisins
1 cup nuts, choppedMix all well. Pour into 2 greased & floured loaf pans. Bake 60-90 minutes at 325 until toothpick comes out clean.
