tonight we had a casserole that I made out of leftover spaghetti, chicken, one can of tomatoes, italian seasoning, and put it in a casserole dish with mozzarella cheese. I baked it for about 20 minutes on 375 and served it with a green salad,and garlic cheese toast. Not one complaint!!!:002: Shelly
That sounds delicious! One of my favorite meals if I have leftover chicken is to boil a couple cups of egg noodles, drain them, set aside. Toss the cut up chix in the pan, add a can of diced tomatoes, 1 tsp of italian seasoning, and a handful of shredded cheese (whatever kind you have) and then add the noodles and top with black olives. It is so yummy, and super fast to make.
