Your Pasta and Veggies
Have a few veggies left from assorted dinners and some pasta, too? Make the next recipe!
Creamy Pasta and Veggies
3 cups veggies, any and all will do — even mixed together
2-4 servings of leftover pasta
1 10-oz can cream of celery, broccoli, cheddar, etc, soup (what’s in your pantry?!)
1/3 cup milk
salt and pepper to taste
In a large skillet, mix soup and milk over medium heat. Add remaining ingredients and stir to mix. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Cover and reduce heat. Simmer for about 15 minutes and serve.
