1 cup flour 1/2 tsp salt 1 cup milk 2 eggs 1/2 cup hot roast beef drippings
Beat together flour, salt, milk, & eggs with a whisk or rotary beater until smooth. Heat in 9x9x2 pan in oven. Add drippings to pan & pour batter over drippings.
Bake for 35 minutes at 425 degrees. Cut into squares to serve. Serves 6-8
