Yeast-Free Pizza Dough
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
2/3 cup water
1/2 tsp honey
Mix, knead and separate into 3 pieces. Flatten and roll into pizza shape. Place toppings on top, if using red sauces, brush top of dough with vegetable oil to stop it absorbing sauce. Enjoy!
