Yankee Apple Pie with Crumb Topping

1 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
Mix together with fork for topping and set aside.

1 Pillsbury refrigerated pie crust (prepared as directed).

3 lb bag McIntosh apples
1 cup sugar
Sprinkle cinnamon

Peel apples & cut into eighths. Mix sugar & sprinkle cinnamon on apples. Put apple mixture into pie shell, sprinkle with crumb topping.

Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until apples are soft when poked with a fork.

This is a very good recipe. I like using crumb topping on all my fruit pies.
