      Sounds like a great idea!
      Maybe you could also use one of the boxes for a ‘beauty box’. Make up several of the beauty mixes or homemade hba’s and stuff the box with them.
      thank you for telling us a little about your courageous mom. she sounds like a winner!!

      ::hugs:: to that super woman.

      If it is real small how about putting some pictures of important times in her life or some small trinkets, kinda a memory box, you could write special notes on the back of them. Or how about some homemade sweets (chocolates or hard candy)???

      What makes Mom happy? Maybe some homemade bird feeders: pinecones with peanut butter then rolled in bird seed. Coupon book for additional things for others to help her with such as grocery shopping, taking your neice for a weekend, etc?

      Your mother is a true survivor and sounds very courageous and family dedicated.

      Wish her the best as she journey’s through this round of treatments.

      both of these are great ideas! maybe some of both in the small box..??..

      perhaps mom likes fudge/ pb fudge, or cookies. these pieces can be wrapped in parchment paper or plastic wrap…the other mementos can be added somewhere in there…

      can’t wait to see the pictures!!
