So much for new years resolutions! I was doing great, working out every day starting right before the Holidays. Then, ds got into an accident and my schedule for 30 minutes of “me” time went straight to hell.
I guess I need to start a thread for fitness accountability!
Sorry to hear hope he’s doing okay! My friend started getting up at 5am to workout, wish I could do that but I am a night owl definitely not a morning person! Maybe we can help motivate each other to get on a schedule!?
