You’ve probably seen the wood slice display stands that are used for cupcakes or cakes at Rustic style weddings or reunions. They have them on Etsy all the time.

But here’s a way to use it for your Christmas village decorations!

Add faux snow and arrange the village pieces on each tier of it. Just use various sizes of wood slices and secure them with limb sections, wood screws and wood glue to create a stand. Or you can go on etsy and buy a stand.

If you have a saw and some decent size logs, you can make your own wood slices.
