      1 onion-diced
      1 bell pepper-diced
      2 tbsp olive oil
      1 (28 oz) can diced tomatoes-UNdrained
      1 cup chicken broth-low sodium
      2 garlic cloves-minced
      1/4 tsp dried rosemary-crushed
      1/4 tsp paprika
      1 tbsp dry parsley
      2 tsp dry dill weed
      salt and pepper to taste
      1 pkg (approx 6 oz) long grain and wild rice mix
      1 lb shrimp-peeled and deveined

      1. Saute onion, bell pepper, and garlic in oil in a large saucepan.
      2. Stir in all other ingredients except shrimp; Bring to a boil.

      Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 20 – 25 minutes.
      3. Add shrimp; cover, and simmer 10 more minutes. (Add small amount water if necessary.)
