      Melt white chocolate chips in the microwave for 30 seconds and stir (white chocolate chips won’t melt down in the microwave so appear whole even when melted). Microwave longer if needed to melt. Place some crumbled graham cracker in the bottom of the shot glass. Pour a bit of the melted chips on top and add a dash of cinnamon. Add a bit of ice cream or pudding and repeat the layers. Top with more melted white chocolate and a cinnamon stick for garnish.
