      1 Cup wheat flour
      1 Cup unbleached all purpose flour
      1/2 tsp. salt
      1/4 cup sugar
      1/4 tsp. paprika
      1/4 tsp.

      4 TBSP. Butter
      1/2 cup of milk

      in a bowl mix the flours, salt, paprika, sugar. cut in the butter. stir in the vanilla.

      add the milk and mix until it forms a workable dough. it’s just like making pie crust. i had to use my hands a bit to combine everything to form the dough.

      split dough into three pieces. roll out one piece at a time very thin, around 1/16 of an inch. It takes some work with just a rolling pin but it’s doable.

      Then using a pizza cutter cut crackers. Place crackers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 325 until golden brown.

      they take about 20 minutes but check them every so often because they do burn easily. Let cool and enjoy!
