I make a beef stroganoff well, my version of it. I cut the left over
steak into thin strips and braise with water and beef bouillon, add
canned mushrooms, garlic powder, salt & pepper to taste, a little red
wine and then take some of the broth and add sour cream, return it to
the pan and mix it all together. I serve over wide egg noodles.
