Yes, it seems so far away. I’m feeling that way, too. Even if I
managed to scrape together an extra $1,000 check towards principal
every month (wouldn’t that be nice!), I’d still have a mortgage for
the next 7 years. I wish I’d started sending in extra payments years
Well, now that my intention is to have more financial freedom and
flexibility, and I’m taking action steps towards it, it could
possibly happen faster with intent. Intent is a powerful vibe.
I’m feeling empowered that I’ve been getting into coupons and sales
more seriously this year. It’s just fun, and I’m feeling even more
in control of my money. It’s like a game that you’re winning.

contributed $200 extra each month towards the principal. This amount
brings our 20 year mortgage down to 15….which will be paid off, at
this rate, by 2021….Seems SO far away!
