I make pancakes for dinner sometimes. I buy the complete mix on sale for .99 and
it lasts us at least 3 or 4 meals. You just have to add water. I also stock up
on breakfast sausage and bacon when its on sale and keep it in the freezer. Itsa quick, easy dinner and because we don’t have them often, the kids LOVE the
novelty of it.

Omelets with cheese and veggies are also really good, inexpensive meals.Add some homemade bread as a side item if you need a starch.
