That is right. I’ve been around commercial cooking almost all my
life. It can be frozen and thawed once raw, then once after
cooking. Mom worked in a restaurant when I was little, one of my
uncles owned a restaurant when I was older. I’ve worked in several
restaurants and fast food places through the years, too.
