Servings: 10 servings
1 lb Hot Dogs, 1/2 ” rounds
1 1/2 c Tomato Sauce
1 Onion, small, minced
3 T Brown Sugar
1 T Mustard
1 T Worcestershire
1/2 t Curry Powder
1 Garlic Clove, minced
1 t Salt
Combine all ingredients, except Hot Dogs, in saucepan. Simmer 15 min.
until serving time. Heat sauce in chafing dish 15 min. before
Hot Dogs rounds; heat thoroughly. For serving, guests spear Hot Dogs
Sauerkraut Hot Dog Casserole
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can tomato soup
1 chopped onion
1 large can of sauerkraut, drained
4-6 medium sized potatoes,peeled, cubed
1 package of hot dogs, sliced
Mix all the above ingredients together in casserole baking dish
Bake at 375-425 degrees until potatoes are tender. About 45-60
Cook Time: 45-60 minutes
