I am working on staying at my goal weight (lost 35 lbs this past
year and plan to KEEP it off!) and to get out and walk a bit more
with or without my kids:) I also need to try to stop buying so many
groceries. It’s not the money that’s the problem. I am great at
couponing and sales so for my family of 4, I rarely spend more than
$30 a week (if that), at the market. The problem is my stockpile is
HUGE. I have to give some of it away (which makes me feel good).
It’s just hard for me to pass up a freebie or near freebie but I
don’t have any more room to store it all. I need to focus on using
what we have and not buying something simply because…
