      Saucy Beef Noodle Skillet

      Prep Time: 5 min

      Total Time: 20 min

      Makes: 4 servings, 1-3/4 cups each

      1 lb. extra lean ground beef

      1 green pepper, chopped

      1 can (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained

      1 cup water

      1/2 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing

      2 pkg. (3 oz. each) ramen noodle soup mix, beef flavor

      1 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Reduced Fat Mozzarella Cheese

      BROWN meat in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat; drain. Stir

      in peppers, tomatoes, water and dressing.

      DISCARD or reserve flavor packets from soup mixes for another use.

      Add dry noodles to skillet. Bring to boil; cover. Reduce heat to low;

      simmer 5 min., stirring occasionally.

      REMOVE from heat. Sprinkle with cheese.

      Creamy Tomato Tortellini

      Prep Time: 5 min

      Total Time: 20 min

      Makes: 4 servings, 1-1/4 cups each

      1 pkg. (9 oz.) fresh or frozen cheese tortellini

      2 cups frozen broccoli florets

      1 can (14-1/2 oz.) Italian-style diced tomatoes, undrained

      4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) Cream Cheese, cubed

      1 tsp. Italian seasoning

      1/4 cup 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese

      COOK pasta as directed on package, adding broccoli to the boiling

      water for the last 3 min. of the pasta cooking time.

      MEANWHILE, cook tomatoes in large skillet on medium heat 5 min. Add

      cream cheese and seasoning; cook 2 to 3 min. or until cream cheese is

      completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.

      DRAIN pasta mixture. Add to tomato mixture in skillet; mix lightly.

      Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

      Simple Mac ‘n Ham Dinner

      Prep Time: 5 min

      Total Time: 15 min

      Makes: 4 servings, 1-1/4 cups each

      1 pkg. (7-1/4 oz.) Macaroni & Cheese Dinner

      2 cups frozen peas

      1 cup chopped Boiled Ham

      1/2 cup Sour Cream

      PREPARE Dinner in large saucepan as directed on package, adding peas

      to the boiling water for the last 2 min. of the Macaroni cooking

      time.

      ADD ham and sour cream; mix lightly.

      COOK 2 to 3 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.

      Warm Peanut Butter Pudding

      Prep Time: 5 min

      Total Time: 5 min

      Makes: 4 servings, 1/2 cup each

      2 cups cold milk

      1 pkg. (4-serving size) Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding & Pie

      Filling

      1/4 cup peanut butter

      1/4 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

      POUR milk into medium bowl. Add dry pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk

      2 min. or until well blended.

      SPOON evenly into four microwaveable dessert dishes. Top each with 1

      Tbsp. peanut butter.

      MICROWAVE on HIGH 30 sec. or until peanut butter begins to melt and

      pudding is heated through. Top each serving with 1 Tbsp. of the

      whipped topping.

      Caramel Apples

      Prep Time: 30 min

      Total Time: 1 hr min

      Makes: 6 servings

      6 medium apples

      1 bag (14 oz.) KRAFT Caramels

      2 Tbsp. water

      30 RITZ Crackers, coarsely broken

      1/4 cup colored sprinkles

      INSERT 1 wooden pop stick into stem end of each apple; set aside.

      PLACE caramels in medium saucepan. Add water; cook on medium-low heat

      until caramels are completely melted and mixture is well blended,

      stirring constantly.

      DIP apples in caramel mixture. Immediately roll bottoms of dipped

      apples in crackers, then in sprinkles. Place on wax paper-covered

      baking sheet; let stand 30 min. or until caramel is set. Store in

      refrigerator up to 2 days.

      Caramel-Pecan Brownies

      Prep Time: 20 min

      Total Time: 1 hr 15 min

      Makes: 32 servings, 1 square each

      4 squares BAKER’S Unsweetened Baking Chocolate

      3/4 cup (1-1/2 sticks) butter or margarine

      2 cups sugar

      4 eggs

      1 cup flour

      1 bag (14 oz.) KRAFT Caramels (about 50)

      1/3 cup whipping cream

      2 cups PLANTERS Pecan Halves, divided

      PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Line 13×9-inch baking pan with foil, with ends

      of foil extending over sides of pan. Generously grease foil.

      MICROWAVE chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2

      min. or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely

      melted. Stir in sugar until well blended. Add eggs; mix well. Stir in

      flour until well blended. Spread half of the batter into prepared

      pan.

      BAKE 25 min. or until top is firm to the touch. Meanwhile, microwave

      caramels and whipping cream in medium microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2

      min. or until caramels begin to melt. Stir until caramels are

      completely melted. Stir in 1 cup of the pecan halves.

      SPREAD caramel mixture evenly over brownie; top with remaining

      brownie batter. (Some caramel mixture may peek through.) Sprinkle

      with remaining 1 cup pecan halves. Bake an additional 30 min. or

      until top is firm to the touch. Cool in pan on wire rack. Remove

      brownies from pan, using foil handles. Cut into 32 squares. Store in

      tightly covered container at room temperature.
