I would think a mobile one because of what ann said below AND you never know what you will have for windows…..several of our windows will not hold a window unit…tooo big or two small or open incorrectly (for example we cant get one in our bedroom without great difficulty and playing with the windows and closing off parts and so on….and only one of the 5 windows in the living room can take one….and none in the kitchen 🙁 ) so you get the idea….BUT mobile ones generally are considerably more expensive…at least when and where I have looked.
