How to Make a Teddy Bear from a Washcloth or Dishtowel

You Need:
1 washcloth or dish towel
4 black or clear rubber hair elastics
1 ribbon

lay the fabric completely flat. Roll it lengthwise towards the middle and stop in the middle, repeat on the other side.
Fold 3/4, partially unwrap to form body and legs secure with elastic to form head
Form the ears and secure with an elastic, repeat on each side.
Tie a ribbon around the head.
Add googly eyes if you want to
