How about this one?
Quick Honey Walnut Shrimp
1⁄2 to 1 pound of shrimp
3⁄4 cup walnut halves
1 tablespoon sesame seeds, optional
1 tablespoon oil
2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
Dash of Tabasco, optional
Mix soy sauce and honey in a cup. Shell shrimp. Heat the oil in a pan or wok to near smoking heat.
Put in walnuts and sesame seed. When these start to brown add the shrimp and cook these to complete pinkness. Pour in the honey, soy mixture and stir the whole thoroughly to coat everything.
Serve immediately.
I’ve never had it, never been to a Panda Inn… so I’m kind of at a loss to recreate the dish. Sorry!
