Well you might like Walmart and people may
shop there (if you do, that’s fine)

—but it cannot be denied that they
do NOT necessarily know how to run business. Okay, sure they are making profit,

but I am talking about ethics….
( I am not even talking about putting small businesses out of business)

A job might be a job, but not when there
are SEVERAL lawsuits across the country that they have to pay out for
DISCRIMINATION of women in managerial positions(being passed up in promotions, etc),

      Mistreatment of employees, sex
discrimination, not paying overtime ,not letting employees clock out and keep
      working, even thru breaks, etc

This is NOT being spoiled…..They are
losing MILLIONS OF DOLLARS just In lawsuits. Would you like to be treated that
      way?

That says more to me on how NOT to run a
      business, any day.

One of my favorites is WALMART taking down
the signs that said MADE IN USA….. hmmmm priorities are screwed, in my book

10.0pt;font-family:Arial;color:black;”>Over the past few years, worker claims
      against Wal-Mart, the world’s
largest retailer, have been piling up. The company is now facing more than 50 lawsuits
      (JAN 2006)

      10.0pt;”>“By
its own count, Wal-Mart was sued 4,851 times last year — or nearly once
every two hours, every day of the year. Juries decide a case in which Wal-Mart
is a defendant about six times every business day, usually in favor of the
Bentonville, Ark., retail giant. Wal-Mart lawyers list about
9,400 open cases.” (USA TODAY, 2001)

HERE ARE JUST A FEW LINKS RELATING TO THE
      LAWSUITS/CLASS ACTION SUITS.
