      Waffle Cone
      3 cups heavy cream
      1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
      1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
      1 1/2 cups flour
      1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
      pinch ground nutmeg
      1 tbs cornstarch
      oil for iron
      Whisk cream with vanilla in bowl until it forms a mousse-like consistency. Sift remaining ingredients together and stir them in cream to make batter, then let it sit for 30 minutes. Brush waffle cone iron with oil. Pour in batter, close lid to bake and brown, then open the iron and remove batter. Fold batter over itself on a wooden cone-form, so batter forms a cone. Let cone cool, then serve. Makes 8 cones
