    1 cup mayonnaise
    1 cup shredded swiss cheese
    1 cup grated parmesan cheese
    2 cups chopped vidalia onion

    Preheat oven to 325ºF. Mix all ingredients until well-blended. Place in a shallow 1 1/2 quart baking dish.

    Bake for 30 minutes. Serve warm with crackers.

    This sounds like a really simple appetizer recipe! Thanks! I have some family coming up this weekend to stay and this one will be good to snack on, although I may try it with low fat mayo.
