Veggies and Stuffing
Prepare your veggies, gravy, and stuffing as you prefer and save at least 1 cup veggies, 1/2-3/4 cup gravy, and 1 1/2 cups stuffing for the next recipe.if you like shepherd’s pie then you might like this twist on a favorite…
Veggie Pot Pie
reserved veggies
reserved stuffing
reserved gravy
leftover anything that you want to use up, but no more than a cup
Pilsbury crescent rolls, unbaked
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a pie or cake pan, or a baking dish about the same size. Press stuffing into pan to make crust. Mix veggies, gravy, and whatever leftovers you’re trying to use. Pour over stuffing and tap pan on counter to let everything settle and spread out. Unroll crescent rolls and lay on top of all with points in the middle and wide ends at the edge of the pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and the rolls are golden. Make sure that you start checking after 25 minutes - December 29, 2008 at 2:30 am #407275
