Vegetarian Lentil Rice Loaf
3 cups each cooked lentils, millet, and brown rice
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup cashews, finely chopped
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3 tbs onion powder
1/12 tbs crumbled fresh sage
1/2 tsp celery seed
salt to taste
Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees. Lightly oil two 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 loaf pans.
Combine the remaining loaf ingredients and mix well in a large bowl. Transfer mixture to loaf pans and bake for one hour, or until lightly brown and the top is dry to the touch.
