2 cups onions, chopped
1 cup carrots, sliced
1 cup celery, chopped
2 bouillion cubes
Add the vegetables and bouillion to the roasting pan with the turkey. When the turkey is cooked, take the juices from the turkey and the vegetables and place in food processor. Process until smooth and you will have the best tasting gravy ever. For healthier gravy, use low sodium bouillion cubes
