      This is a simpler version of what I’ve posted before…it’s more of a ‘throw it together kind of meal’ — much like refrigerator soup;-D
      Vegetable Fried Rice II
      Toss some garlic, onions, soy sauce and sesame oil in your frying pan, add your leftover rice and whatever veggies you have on hand, and voila – you have a new meal: vegetable fried rice! For variation, try adding pineapples, cashews, scrambled eggs, tofu and different sauces and spices. Makes as many servings as you have ricegiggle smiley

      i love making my fried rice like this.

      when i make it, it’s usually just tossing left over ingredients together, such as rice and left over veggies.
      i add fresh onion, garlic, maybe zucchini, (if i have it on hand), and scramble an egg or two.
      if i’ve got left over chicken, well…yep, i have chicken fried rice. lol
      i love being able to utilize my left overs…

      your recipe sounds much more professional and glamorous than mine though. 🙂

      i think that i just heard something that was interesting on the tv…ya know how it’s on and you are only half-listening? well, i think that i just heard a commercial stating that the person cooks because they like to mix the ingredients and make something special.

      all of you absolutely know that i looked up at this point and it was…wait for it…a commercial for swanson frozen dinners! lol! giggle smileylet me know when ya’ll sample something as tasty as what we cook up in a swanson frozen dinnergiggle smiley
